Our Process

We build health programs to achieve goals, plain and simple. We utilize cutting edge science in the best facilities in Northern Colorado.

A solid framework of orthopedic knowledge lies at the basis of our multidisciplinary program. These programs are built for your life. We want to see your success.

Got two hours a day and unlimited resources? Great.

Travel a lot? Only got 15 minutes in a hotel room? We’ll make you a program for that too. Each program is custom to you and your lifestyle. We don't charge extra for creativity.


Step 1 – Your Goals

A good program starts with a good understanding of exactly what it is that you want. Once we’re both clear on exactly what you want to get out of your experience with us, we can move forward in a desired, purposeful direction.

Step 2 – Evaluation

  • Range of motion at each major joint

  • Upper Cervical assessment

  • Functional movement evaluation

Step 3 – Individualized Program Design

“To create a good building, you’ll need a good blueprint”

You’ll receive a precisely outlined program to accommodate your body, your goals, and your schedule. Our movement education is very precise. Every part of your program is highly scrutinized by us, allowing you to move toward your objectives with every rep, set, and rest period. Joint mobilizations and stretching will be included. You’ll bring your body into better balance, becoming more functional and balanced every time you perform your program.

Complete Periodization
You’ll have an outline of exactly when, where and how to complete your program.

You have a life outside of your exercise program. We’ll include any necessary lifestyle modifications you’ll need to reach your goals, with the real world coaching to make it happen. Should you need help outside our work, we have a small army of hand-picked medical professionals to refer to.


Step 4 – Coaching and Maintenance

The more time we can spend with you, the better your performance will be. We recommend that you spend two sessions per week under our expert guidance.

By allowing us to monitor your workouts, we can evaluate and change your program and movements in real time. Our state of the art facility is unmatched by any in Northern Colorado. You’ll never be limited by lack of equipment.

Most programs are written for 3-6 weeks. After which, we can recheck our objective measurements, track changes, and modify your training. You’re ability to adapt to new ways of using your body will determine how much time we’ll need to spend together. If you are in pain, we may need to spend more time with form and body awareness. If you’re very adaptable and athletic, you may need much less!

Suggested frequency:
2x per week for six months.
